Pilates Sculpt

A challenging, full-body Pilates class designed to push your strength, stability, and endurance to the next level. Expect dynamic sequences, slower controlled movements, and longer holds that fire up every muscle group. Using props, you’ll focus on precision, power, and stamina, moving with purpose from start to finish. Perfect for those ready to deepen their practice, refine their form, and build lasting strength. Modifiers will be offered and demonstrated throughout class.

Reformer

Ease into the reformer with a class designed to help you feel confident and connected. Move at a steady, mindful pace while building strength, alignment, and familiarity with the machine. All levels are welcome, perfect if you’re new to Pilates or simply want to refine your foundation.
